Our Process
When you have a project with The Outback Builders, you can expect the process to be smooth from start to finish. Here are the steps of what working with us looks like:
1. You request a free quote.
2. Our area production manager will call you within 48 hours.
3. We schedule a time to meet together to discuss and design your garage.
4. Receive a bid that day or a couple days after for larger projects.
5. We pull all the necessary permits and schedule inspections.
6. We handle all the grade and foundation work. Footers and foundation are built to code and 3,500 psi full fiber concrete and rebar are used.
7. All materials are delivered to the site.
8. We stick frame the entire garage on site using prefabricated engineered trusses. Our garages utilize stud walls built 16” on center and sheeted with OSB before being wrapped with vapor barrier and covered with desired siding; attic trusses are built 2’ on center and are decked for overhead storage, shingle or metal roofing installed.
9. We will handle all the permits and promise to do our best. All you have to do is watch, The Outback Builder does the rest!
How We Are Different
Unlike many companies that use pre-fabricated materials, we build everything on-site and fully customize each project. From permits to concrete pouring to wall construction, we handle it all—your only task is to tell us your vision and location. If there’s something outside our scope, we’ll be transparent and refer you to a trusted partner. Our commitment to exceptional customer service is at the core of everything we do.
How Payments Work
We require only a 10% down payment, which is uncommon in the industry. Be cautious of contractors requesting larger upfront payments, as not all are as honest and trustworthy as The Outback Builder. With over 30 years in business, our reputation for integrity speaks for itself
Deposits: 10% Deposit / 40% upon concrete foundation completion / 30% upon materials delivery / Final 20% once passed final inspection
Payment Options: We accept Cash, Check, ACH Bank Transfers (NO FEE), and Major Credit Cards (processing fee)
