Our Process
When you have a project with The Outback Builders, you can expect the process to be smooth from start to finish. Here are the steps of what working with us looks like:
1. You request a free quote.
2. Our area production manager will call you within 48 hours.
3. We schedule a time to meet together to discuss and design your garage.
4. Receive a bid that day or a couple days after for larger projects.
5. We pull all the necessary permits and schedule inspections.
6. We handle all the grade and foundation work. Footers and foundation are built to code and 3,500 psi full fiber concrete and rebar are used.
7. All materials are delivered to the site.
8. We stick frame the entire garage on site using prefabricated engineered trusses. Our garages utilize stud walls built 16” on center and sheeted with OSB before being wrapped with vapor barrier and covered with desired siding; attic trusses are built 2’ on center and are decked for overhead storage, shingle or metal roofing installed.
