*We can construct a garage that you may have finished out as a residential space, but we are not a home builder. We are happy to refer you to other contractors in the home building business who will complete your project and outfit your garage as a living space.

How We Are Different

Many companies use pre-fabricated materials, but all of ours are built on site and completely customized for your project. We do everything - from pulling the permits to pouring concrete to building the walls - the only thing you have to do is tell us what you would like and where to build it! If there is something we cannot do, we will be honest and upfront with you and can even refer you to another great company. Our commitment to excellent customer service runs deep.

Payment Options

We accept CashApp, Venmo, major credit cards, and checks. $0 down financing is also available through multiple, FHA approved home improvement lenders.

How Payments Work

We use a simple system to break down how much you pay and when:

10% down*

40% after the

foundation is complete

30% once all

the materials have been delivered on site and the crew shows up for work

Final 20% once

we are finished and have passed inspection

*You may be surprised that we only require a 10% down payment. We ask that you please be aware of contractors asking for more money down because there are people out there who are not as honest and trustworthy as The Outback Builder. We have been in business over 25 years, and you cannot be in business as long as we have without being honest and trustworthy.
